About EasyMark ✕
EasyMark lets feedback live directly on the submitted document. Every note is tied to the exact passage it refers to, so nothing has to be described by page or paragraph number.
Leaving a note
Select any passage in the document and choose Add Comment. Type your feedback and press Save. What you type is stored as you go, so a note is never lost if you navigate away mid-sentence.
Drafts and published comments
A Draft is yours alone: a note in progress, shown with a dashed underline. A Comment is published, shown with a solid underline, and is what the student sees. Publish a draft with Save as comment on its card, or by pressing Save in the editor.
Changing which text a note points to
Drag the bubble at the end of a highlight to extend or shorten it, or the small bar at the start to move the other edge. To re-point a note somewhere else entirely, open it and use Change selection.
Reusing the same feedback
The copy button on a card carries that note's wording to another passage, which is useful when the same issue recurs.
Moving between the list and the document
Select a card to jump to its passage; select a highlight to open its note. The matching side briefly lights up.
Sending your comments to the student
Send notification emails the person who uploaded the paper a list of your published comments. Drafts and empty notes are never included, and it cannot be recalled once sent.

يعيد القلم فتح الملاحظة ونصها محمّل بالفعل. غيّر الصياغة، واضغط Save، وأكّد التحديث.

الضغط على Save يجعل الملاحظة نهائية أيضًا: الضغط على Save في المحرر أثناء العمل على مسودة يخزن صياغتك ويحولها إلى تعليق. إذا أردت إبقاءها مسودة، فأغلق المحرر بدلًا من ذلك. نصك محفوظ في الحالتين.

يعيد Change selection ربط ملاحظة موجودة بنص آخر. اختر الفقرة الجديدة، ثم اضغط Save. تنتقل الملاحظة بدلًا من أن تتكرر.

Change selection ينقل، والنسخ يكرر: كلاهما يطلب منك اختيار فقرة، ولون الشريط يخبرك بالوضع الذي أنت فيه. الشريط الكهرماني “Select the new text” ينقل الملاحظة التي فتحتها، فيبقى عدد الملاحظات كما هو. أما الشريط الأزرق “Select text for the copy” فيضيف ملاحظة ثانية بالصياغة نفسها.

احذف ملاحظة وعُد إلى Analysis

يزيل الحذف الملاحظة وتمييزها ودبوسها. وإيقاف EasyMark يطلب منك التأكيد قبل العودة إلى عرض Analysis.

المسودة والتعليق في لمحة

يوجد نوعا الملاحظات في اللوحة نفسها، ويُحتسب كلاهما في إجمالي الملاحظات. ما يفرق بينهما هو من يستطيع رؤيتهما.

المسودة (كهرماني):
  • تُنشأ لحظة بدئك الكتابة في المحرر، دون الحاجة إلى الضغط على أي زر.
  • خاصة بك وحدك: لا يرى الطالب المسودة أبدًا، ولا تُضمَّن أبدًا في بريد الإشعار.
  • تحمل شارة DRAFT، وتمييزًا كهرمانيًا على الفقرة، ودبوسًا كهرمانيًا.
  • تحتوي بطاقتها على زر Save as comment.
التعليق (أزرق):
  • يُنشأ إما بالنقر على Save as comment في بطاقة الملاحظة، أو بالضغط على Save في المحرر. وكلا الطريقتين تطلب منك التأكيد أولًا.
  • هذا ما يراه الطالب في نسخته من التقرير.
  • يحمل شارة COMMENT، وتمييزًا أزرق على الفقرة، ودبوسًا أزرق.
  • يختفي زر Save as comment، لأن الملاحظة منشورة بالفعل.

يحمل كل نوع الأيقونات الثلاث نفسها في بطاقته: إعادة استخدام الصياغة على عبارة أخرى، أو تعديلها، أو حذفها.

الحذف نهائي: إزالة الملاحظة تحذفها مع تمييزها ودبوسها، ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك. إذا كنت تريد فقط إيقاف ملاحظة مؤقتًا، فعدّل نصها بدلًا من حذفها.
