Accessing the Admin help section Admin
The help section offers a wealth of resources to ensure you make the most of the DrillBit application. Whether you're an administrator or an instructor, you'll find helpful video tutorials and PDF guides covering a range of features and functionalities.
Finding the help resources
- Log in to the DrillBit application. Enter your username and password on the login page to access your account.
- Select your profile from the top right corner. Click on your profile icon to open the dropdown menu where you can manage your account.
- Choose ‘Help’ from the dropdown menu. In the dropdown, select ‘Help’ to access a range of support resources designed to assist you.
- Navigate the Help Section. The Help section is organized into two categories to help you find the information you need:
- Admin – Admin Video Tutorial for an overview of administrative features and tools, and Admin Tutorial PDF Download for detailed guidance on performing administrative tasks.
- Instructor – Instructor Video Tutorial for a guide on features available to instructors, and Instructor Tutorial PDF Download for comprehensive instructions tailored to instructor needs.
