Find and manage your folders

A quick guided walkthrough - open My Folders, read the table, switch to card view, and use the folder actions. Click play to watch it like a short video.

Upon logging in to DrillBit, navigate to My Folder in the left sidebar to manage your folders. Each folder shows: Folder ID, Folder Name, Created Date, and Submissions count.

Table view

Displays folders in a tabular format with columns for Folder ID, Folder Name, Created Date, Submissions, and Actions. Sort by Folder ID, Folder Name, or Created Date using the arrow icons.

Table view & folder navigation

View folders in a table with Folder ID, Name, Date, Submissions. Use Edit, Delete, or Next actions.

Folder view

Shows a simplified view with a visual representation of folders as blue cards. Click the three dots on a folder to see options for Edit and Delete. Click directly on the folder name to move inside it.

Switch to card view. Click three dots for Edit/Delete. Click folder name to enter it.

Tip: Use the search bar to quickly find folders by Folder ID or Folder Name. A download icon provides a folder report with Folder ID, Folder Name, Submissions, and Creation Date.
