Repository User
The repository stores final-version files for future plagiarism comparison. To upload a new file, click the + icon in the Repository section. Three options will appear: Regional, Non English, and English. The process for English and Non-English uploads is the same.
Uploading English or Non-English files
Steps to follow
- Click + and select English (or Non English).
- Browse and select a file.
- Fill in Author Name, Title, and Year.
- Choose a Repository type (Global or Institution).
- Click Submit.
Upload limitations: Only .pdf, .doc, and .docx formats are supported. You may upload up to 15 files at once. Each document can be up to 800 pages long, with a maximum size of 100 MB.
Uploading regional files
Click +, select Regional. The upload page has a single Regional Language tab.
Steps to follow
- Click + and select Regional.
- Browse and select a file.
- Fill in Author Name, Title, and Year.
- Choose a Repository type.
- Select the Language.
- Click Submit.
Regional upload note: Only .pdf, .doc, and .docx formats are supported. You may upload up to 3 files at once. Each document can be up to 800 pages long, with a maximum size of 100 MB.
Delete a file from repository
Steps to follow
- Click the delete icon next to any file in the repository table.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The removal request will be processed within 24 hours.
Note: Files with similarity above 30% cannot be saved to the repository.
