Managing repository Admin

To upload a new file, click the + icon in the repository section. Administrators have the flexibility to upload documents to the repository through three methods, each designed to accommodate different needs and preferences.

Upload from Device

Allows you to directly upload files stored on your local device. Ideal for quickly adding individual documents to the repository. Click on “Browse your file here” to select and upload.

Step by step

Upload English / Non-English File

Click +, select English, browse a file, fill in details, choose Global or Institution repository, and submit.

To ensure that documents are correctly catalogued and searchable within the repository, you'll need to provide these details during upload:

Upload limits (Device):
  • Supported file formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx
  • Upload up to 15 files simultaneously.
  • Each document up to 800 pages.
  • Maximum file size 100 MB per document.

Upload from Google Drive

For those who store documents in the cloud, this option facilitates easy uploads directly from Google Drive. You'll need to sign in to your Google Drive account first. Click “Continue with Google Drive” to select files.

Upload limits (Google Drive):
  • Supported file formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx
  • Upload 1 file at a time.
  • Each document up to 800 pages.
  • Maximum file size 100 MB per document.

After upload, provide Author Name, Title, Year, Repository (Global or Institution), and Language; then click “Submit” to complete.

Upload ZIP Files

Upload multiple documents compressed into a single .zip file. Particularly useful for large volumes of documents or when organizing files into categories before upload.

After selecting the ZIP file using ‘Browse your ZIP here’, choose the Repository (Global or Institution) and the Language.

ZIP upload limits:
  • Supported compressed format: .zip only (containing .doc, .docx, .pdf files).
  • Non-supported: .rar, .tar, .7z.
  • Up to 100 documents per single zip.
  • Each document up to 800 pages.
  • Maximum 100 MB per document.

Click the “Submit” button to upload the ZIP file.

Delete from Repository

Click the delete icon, confirm, and the paper will be removed within 24 hours.

Administrators can delete files from the repository by clicking the delete icon next to the file. A confirmation dialog appears — click YES to send the removal request. The paper is removed from the repository within 24 hours.
