Submitted document details Student
After you upload a file, it appears under the list of submitted documents in the same interface. Each row shows all the key details about your submission so you can track and review it easily.
Submission Columns
The submission details are organized into the following columns:
- Filename: Displays the name of the uploaded file along with a download icon. Clicking the icon lets you download the original file.
- Language: Indicates the language in which the document was uploaded.
- Paper ID: A unique identifier assigned to the submitted document.
- Date: Shows the exact date and time of submission.
- Grammar Quality: The grammar score for your writing — see the Grammar score guide for details.
- AI Score: The percentage of content flagged as potentially AI-generated — see the AI score guide.
- Similarity: The similarity percentage detected by DrillBit — click the value to open the full Analysis Report.
- Marks: The marks assigned by your instructor for the submission.
- Status: The latest uploaded file remains Active while all previous files are shown as Inactive.
- Feedback: A Feedback icon — clicking opens a Feedback Form with the assigned score and any feedback from your instructor.
Access submitted documents: Navigate to the assignment interface and select the relevant assignment. Any document you upload in the Submission interface appears in this list.
