Account & Licence Info
Account info is where the consortium’s own subscription is described — when it expires, how many documents it was sold, and how many institutions you have set up against it. Everything on the page is read-only.
Open it from the arrow beside your name at the top right, then Account info. It is the entry directly below Switch account.
What each row means
Who the account belongs to
- Institution Name — the name the consortium itself was registered under, not any member institution's.
- Country — the country on the consortium registration.
- Username — the email address you sign in with, and where password resets are sent.
- Created date — when the consortium account was opened, shown to the second.
What the licence covers
- Expiry Date — when the consortium licence ends.
- No. of submission alloted — the running total of submissions allotted across all your institutions.
- No. of institution — how many institution accounts exist under the consortium right now.
Two expiry dates, two different things
The Expiry Date on this page belongs to the consortium licence. Each institution you create has its own start and end date, set when you create it and changeable afterwards from the licences table.
An institution’s expiry date cannot be later than the consortium’s. The date on this page is a hard limit: you can give an institution any period that ends on or before it, but not one that runs past it. If an institution needs longer, the consortium licence has to be extended first — which is a Support ticket, not something you can set yourself.
So it is worth knowing this date before you start setting institution licences, rather than discovering it when one will not save.
Nothing here is editable
There is no edit control on the Account Information page. The name, country, sign-in email and dates are set by DrillBit when the consortium is sold or renewed; the submission and institution counts are simply totals of the institutions you have created.
If any of it is wrong, or you need more documents or a longer term, raise a ticket from Support — that is the route for changing consortium-level details. What you can change yourself is your password, from the same profile menu.
