Search by Paper ID
Search looks up one submission anywhere in your consortium and gives you its full details, its original file, and its similarity report.
Paper ID is the only way in. The page searches on nothing else — not author, not title, not email. If you do not have the ID, find the document first through reports, where every row carries its Paper ID.
Running a search
The page opens showing only the prompt Search Paper ID to get the paper details and download similarity report. Type the ID into the box at the top right and click the magnifier.
What you get back
Ten rows describing the submission:
- Email and Name — who submitted it.
- Paper ID, Title and Date.
- Percent — the similarity score.
- Total pages.
- College name — which institution in your consortium it belongs to.
- Language.
- Original file name — the filename as uploaded, useful for confirming you have the right document.
The two downloads
Once a paper is found, two buttons appear beside the title:
- Original File — the document exactly as submitted.
- Similarity Report — the full analysis for that paper.
They are not there before a successful search, so if you cannot see them, the ID has not returned anything yet.
This reaches across the whole consortium. Search is not limited to one institution — any paper ID from any member institution resolves here, and you can download both the original document and its report. That is deliberate, since it is what lets you answer a query without asking the institution to send anything. It also means the search is a genuine window onto member institutions' student work, so treat what you download with the same care the institutions themselves would.
