Transaction history User
After logging in, users can access their Transaction History by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Transaction History" from the dropdown menu. It shows a detailed list of past activities and credits.

What you'll find in your transaction history
Here, you'll see a detailed list of all account activity — whether you're checking a file or adding credit. Everything is tracked for you in one place.
- File Checks: When a file is submitted for plagiarism check, the system logs the date and time, the Paper ID, and the number of pages checked. The balance after each transaction is also updated accordingly.
- Credits / Payments: When you add credit to your account, the transaction entry shows the amount credited, the number of pages purchased, the Payment ID, and the updated balance.
Download invoices
You can also download an invoice by clicking the Download Invoice link available after each credit entry.
This transparent ledger allows you to track all account activities — whether they are deductions for plagiarism checks or top-ups via payment. It ensures clear visibility into usage and account balance changes over time.
Tip: Use your transaction history to reconcile credits before contacting support about a billing query. Having your Paper ID or Payment ID handy speeds things up considerably.
