Create support tickets, track their status, and communicate with the DrillBit support team directly from the application.

Create a support ticket

Click the + icon, fill in Issue Category, Priority, Subject, Description, Contact Number, optionally attach a file (JPG/PNG/JPEG, max 10 MB), and click "Create Ticket".

Create a Ticket

Click +, fill in category, priority, subject, description, phone, and submit.

View & track tickets

The ticket list shows all tickets with Ticket Id, Subject, Created date, Priority, Issue category, Status (Open/Closed), and an arrow action to view details. Click the arrow to see full ticket details, chat history, attachments, and reply.
