Account Deletion
Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your data, credits, and associated information will be permanently lost. Ensure you have backed up any necessary information before proceeding.
• Any unused credits will be lost and cannot be refunded.
• This action is irreversible - your data cannot be recovered.
• We will not retain any account information after deletion.
To confirm, type "delete" below.

The Account Information section in DrillBit gives users a clear, organised view of both profile and billing details. Whether you're checking your registered email, updating billing info, or reviewing your account creation date, this section puts the essentials at a glance.
Accessing Account info
Once you're logged in to DrillBit:
- Head to the top-right corner of the screen and click on your profile icon.
- From the dropdown menu, select Account Info.
You'll be directed to the Account Info page, which includes two tabs displayed horizontally.
Account information tab
This tab provides a summary of your account-related details, including your registered email ID, name, country, timezone, phone number, account creation date, occupation, and the status of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
You can edit some of your details - Name, Country, Phone number and Occupation - at any time:
- Click the Edit icon next to the form.
- After making changes, click Save to update your information.
- If you change your mind or made no changes, click Cancel to exit without saving.
Deleting your account
We're sorry to see you go! If you choose to delete your account, please note that this action is permanent and irreversible.
When you click the Delete Account button, a confirmation popup will appear with the following notice:
- All your data and activity will be permanently deleted.
- Any unused credits will be lost and cannot be refunded.
- This action is irreversible - your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
- We will not retain any account information once the deletion is complete.
To confirm the deletion:
- Type "delete" in the input box (case-insensitive).
- Click Yes to permanently delete your account.
- To cancel, click No if you've changed your mind.
Reminder: Make sure to download or back up any important information before you proceed with deletion.
Billing information tab
Switch to this tab to view details related to billing and organisational records, including: Organization Name, First & Last Name, City and Country, Address, Phone Number, Postal Code, and Tax or GST Number.
To update billing details:
- Click the Edit icon in the Billing Information tab.
- Make the necessary changes in the fields provided.
- Click Save to apply changes, or Cancel to discard them.
