After logging in, navigate to the top-right corner and click the "Buy Pages" button. This feature allows users to purchase additional page credits for file checks, providing flexible options based on individual needs.
Choose a plan
You'll be taken to the new Plan & Pricing section, where you can view and select from various page credit packages:

Before selecting a plan, the Price Summary will display ₹0. Once you select a package, the summary will automatically update to reflect base price, discount, tax, and the total payable amount. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue.
Checkout & billing details
The billing fields - Organization Name, First Name, Last Name, City, State, Country, Address, Phone Number, Postal Code, and Tax / GST Number - will be pre-filled based on the billing information saved in your account.
You can click the Edit icon to update any of the fields, then click Save to apply or Cancel to discard.
Important requirement: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Please ensure all required information is completed before proceeding with payment.
Need to change your selected plan? Click the "Back to Plan" link to return and pick a different package.
Razorpay payment options
Once you've selected your plan and verified billing, click "Buy Now". You'll be redirected to a secure Razorpay payment page titled "DrillBit SoftTech India Private Limited", where you can choose from multiple payment options.
Recommended payment methods:
- UPI - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm
- Cards - VISA, MasterCard, RuPay
- Netbanking - Major banks (Axis, BOB, Canara, PNB, etc.)
- Wallets - PhonePe, Mobikwik, Airtel Payment Bank, and more
A Price Summary is shown with your contact number (or a default placeholder if none is on file), any applicable cashback or promotional discounts, and a dynamic QR code for fast UPI payments.
QR code expiry alert: The QR code is valid for only 12 minutes. Be sure to scan and pay within this time to avoid payment failure.
Completion & receipts
Once the transaction is successfully completed, the purchased pages will be instantly added to your account and a notification will be displayed. You'll then be redirected to the Completion Summary and finally back to the My Files homepage.
If the payment fails or is cancelled midway, a popup will notify you so you can retry without confusion.
Additional payment settings
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of the payment page to explore extra settings:
- Account & Terms - Edit contact details or log in via OTP for payment tracking.
- Razorpay T&Cs - View the complete "Razorpay Terms of Service".
- Language - Switch to your preferred language for a localized experience.
