My folders overview User

The My Folders tab gives you a central view of every folder you've created, along with quick stats on how many files each contains and when it was last updated. Clicking any folder opens a filtered file list showing only the documents inside it.

Opening a folder

Clicking a folder tile opens a filtered view showing only the files inside that folder. All My Files actions (upload, download, delete, similarity analysis) remain available within the folder view.

Folder actions

Hovering over any folder reveals a three-dot menu with the following options:

• Rename: Change the folder's name and description.
• Move files: Transfer files between folders.
• Delete: Remove the folder (must be empty or contents confirmed).

Sorting & searching folders

Use the search bar at the top of My Folders to find a folder by name. Folders are listed alphabetically by default, but you can sort by Last updated or File count using the sort dropdown.
