Support centre User

The DrillBit Support Centre is your direct channel to the team for technical queries, billing questions, and product feedback. You can raise a ticket, view the status of past tickets, and access official contact details — all from within the application.

Raising a support ticket

Click Support from the side panel, then click "Raise a ticket". Fill in the subject, choose a category (Technical / Billing / Feature Request), and add a detailed description. You can attach screenshots or files to help the team diagnose faster.

Tracking your tickets

The My Tickets tab lists every ticket you've raised, along with its current status — Open, In Progress, or Resolved. Click any row to view the full conversation history with the support team.

If you prefer to reach us directly, the Support Centre also lists official contact channels:

Faster responses: Include your Paper ID when the issue is related to a specific upload or report — it helps the team locate your file immediately.
