Bulk actions
Select rows to unlock Save-to-Repository & Delete
Tick multiple checkboxes and the bulk action bar appears with Save to Repository (global) and Multiple Deletion. Files above 30% similarity are rejected; under-threshold files get a green badge next to the similarity percentage when saved.
Select multiple submissions using the checkboxes to unlock bulk actions:
a. Save to Repository – save selected submissions into the repository for future comparison. Files saved from submissions are stored in the global repository. A green symbol appears in the similarity column beside the percentage when a file is saved to the repository.
b. Multiple Deletion – remove multiple submissions from the folder at once.
Similarity cap for repository saves: if a file's similarity percentage exceeds 30%, it won't be saved. You'll see: “1 File(s) failed to save, as similarity is higher than 30% or due to Unprocessed Submissions/Doc Error.”
When bulk actions appear: Save to Repository, Bulk Submission Report Download, and Multiple Deletion are only visible once multiple checkboxes are selected.
18.2 Name
The file name of the document submitted for plagiarism checking.
18.3 Title
The title associated with the submission, usually representing the project or assignment name.
18.4 File
A download icon is available to retrieve the original submitted file.
18.5 Language
Displays the language in which the document was written.

1. Phrase Quality – language effectiveness benchmarked against global academic standards, evaluating alphabet usage, numerical content, alphanumeric, word uniqueness, word frequency, and sentence length.
2. Non-Duplicate Content – evaluates originality by identifying repetitive sentences, paragraphs, or substrings.
3. Indexed Content – measures structural quality by looking at Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Literature Survey, References, Conclusion, Appendix, and more.
Each of the four metrics is a clickable item in the report; selecting any one scrolls to the corresponding section in the content for detailed analysis.
18.6.3 Duplicate Sub-Strings & Indexed Content
Duplicate Sub-Strings: grouped by occurrence with Substring Number, Characters, Words, Repetition, and Percentage in Report. A View option highlights each substring in the content.
Indexed Content: categorized sections with Index (name), Lines, Words, and Percentage in Report. A View option highlights each indexed section in the report.
Download: use the download icon to save the grammar report offline. The three-dot menu lets you share feedback, open the user guide, or switch back to the previous analysis page layout.
