Adding a user under admin Admin
Log in to your DrillBit account with Admin credentials, navigate to the Users section and click the + button to add a new user. Users can be added in two ways — individually or in bulk via CSV upload.
Add a single user
Steps to follow
- Click the + icon and select Add User.
- Fill in the required fields — Name, Email, Expiry Date, and Allocate Documents.
- Optionally, add Department, Designation, and Phone Number.
- Confirm the creation when prompted.
Required fields: Name, Email address, Expiry date, and Allocate documents are mandatory. Department, Designation, and Phone Number are optional.
Add multiple users via CSV
Admin can add multiple users at once by uploading a CSV file.
Steps to follow
- Download the template.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Upload the completed file.
- Review the preview.
- Submit.
CSV requirements:

- Mandatory fields: Name, Email Address, Number of Submissions, and Number of Grammar Submissions.
- The CSV file must follow the specified format. Files with additional columns or formatting changes will not be accepted.
- An admin can add up to 100 users at a time using a CSV file.
- If email addresses are repeated, you'll be asked to remove duplicates before proceeding.
